Plant Finance Manager

For our client, an international manufacturing company (Automotive), we are looking for the Plant Finance Manager who will be a support (right hand) for General Manager & International Finance director in daily operational and strategic decisions. The plant is based in Vysočina region. 

Job description:

• Preparing an annual budget, rolling forecast (2 times during the year), weekly P&L simulation and control and active participation in their implementation
• Managing and active participation in monthly/quarterly/yearly month-end close process
• Financial controlling of manufacturing plan (all parameters material, direct/indirect labor, overhead costs)
• Managing costing and quoting rates preparation
• Accountability for financial reporting in plant
• Providing timely reliable management information used for decision making
• Managing audits (SOX and external) processes
• Ensure effectiveness of all internal controls in the plant
• Daily management and improvement of financial systems, processes, and control
• Close cooperation with internal GBS (GL, AR, AP, Purchasing, FPA)
• Team management and constant development and close cooperation with Plant and Business Unit Management Teams
• Support plant team with all finance-related topics

Requirements:

• A qualified professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a controlling position – manufacturing/automotive company would be a significant asset
• Master's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance
• Advanced skills in Excel, SAP CO&FI / Hyperion Oracle knowledge would be an asset
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Proactive attitude and team player personality
• High attention to detail but at the same time not losing the big picture from sight
• Good organizational skills
• Focus on team development
