For the role of Office Manager, we are looking for a skilled individual eager to join our busy team and get involved with a range of responsibilities to support the smooth running of the office.

 

Job Objectives

  • Office management agenda
  • Cooperation with company management, preparation of documents, and administrative support
  • Comprehensive management and coordination of the operational agenda
  • Preparation and creation of reports, documents, and presentations, ensuring effective documents flow, including invoices and other finance documentation
  • Support of the business agenda within the company
  • Managing receptionists and ensuring smooth operations of the back office
  • Car fleet management
  • Monitoring health and safety risks and hazards in the workplace
  • Ensuring the business is legally compliant with all health and safety legislation

 

Requirements

  • At least two years of precious Office Management experience
  • Economical background
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Responsible approach to tasks
  • Perfect at managing time and multi-tasking
  • Proactive and driven, solution-oriented
  • Experience in leading admin team
  • Ability to learn and work independently and under stress
  • Able to create efficient administrative processes within the admin team as well as the entire office
  • Able to analyze and synthesize information in an executive-friendly form
  • Driving license
  • English at a communicative level (at least B2)
