Become a part of the MSF Shared IT Services (SITS) centre of the Doctors without Borders organization in Prague.

Your Challenge
Under the responsibility of the Head of ERP Support and development, the ERP Analyst / Developer is in charge of developing and maintaining IT solutions for all ERP IT-related topics supporting Finance and Supply business domain.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Relational Databases Management System

- Develop, maintain and administrate the ERP data warehouse
- Select, collect, transform, store and organize data coming from several databases sources into one single data warehouse
- Maintain appropriate data access rights, ensure the infrastructure's stability, and guarantee the availability of the housed data
- Establish linkage and pipelines with client data warehouses

  • Web Services and API

- Develop and support web services to enable interactions of the ERP system with external tools
- Use API for the integration of data from external tools into the ERP
- Develop and maintain specific tools customized for the ERP

  • Development and Automated Testing:

- Maintain and enhance the code of the automated testing tool “TestField”
- Provide support and training for the functional testers in the creation and updates of the unit tests
- Ensure continuous running of all Unit Tests in the automated tool to guarantee the quality of the code integrated by the developers
- Provide dashboards for performance evolution along with the ERP versions

  • ERP support

- Analyse current performance and maintenance issues and propose enhancement solutions
- Understand the ERP architecture and learn business processes7functions to better support, functional Business Analysts, in their daily activities

  • Training

- Provide technical support and training to the internal team and MSF HQs IT experts

  • Maintain IT system documentation

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in developing and supporting IT solutions either as a developer, Data Architect, Data Analyst, IT business analyst
  • University degree (engineering school) in computer science, information technology or related field or equivalent workforce experience
  • Fluent in English, French is a big advantage
  • Strong knowledge of relational database management system (PostgreSQL and pgAdmin a strong advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of SQL language and queries
  • Good knowledge of Python object-oriented programming language
  • Good knowledge of web services and API (xml-rpc or rest an advantage)
  • Good knowledge of Linux, Docker, CI/CD principles, version control using Git
  • Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI a plus)
  • Knowledge of supply chain and/or accounting principles is a strong advantage
