Area Sales Manager Slovakia & Czechia

Description

We are looking for a dynamic salesperson who is able to open doors with customers, build on current business, and develop new markets with new distributors. Drive and determination are vital for this role and the ability to sell via traditional and digital channels.

You will be responsible for:

• Pro-active targeting of new distributors and e-commerce customers in the region of Slovakia and the Czech Republic
• Building relationships with new clients and extending cooperation with already existing clients
• Regular visits to clients’ portfolio across Slovakia and the Czech Republic
• Supporting distributors´ sales force (visits, regional trade shows, updated details about products)
• Assisting in the preparation of exhibitions
• Using CRM system – tracking business opportunities, activities, action plans
• Leading a team of 2 members
• Regular achieving set financial targets

Requirements

• At least 5 years of selling experience with an industrial equipment distributor
• Communicative level of English – daily usage
• Minimum 1 year of experience in leading a small team
• Active driver - regular traveling within the assigned region Slovakia and Czech Republic including overnight stays
• Great communication and presentation skills
• Well-organized, autonomous, and hands-on approach
