Do you have a background in commercial real estate (ie. asset mgmt or within property/facility/ other technical aspects but with financial skills). Do you want to work with a dynamic firm expanding in the EU region & chance for you to grow professionally?

Main tasks >>

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties
• Focus on operational points, data collection, reporting
• Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
• Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors
• Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements
• Ensure ESG / Green standards of construction
• Work closely with other Asset & Property Managers

Your profile >>

• University education (technical or economic)
• Proven work experience commercial real estate
• Have an interest in Asset / Property Mgmt
• Have some building regulations orientation
• Good interpersonal skills
• Well organized
• Excellent time management skills
• Czech/Slovak speaker with advanced English
