  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, emphasizing superior customer service and educational interactions.
  • Reconcile vendor statements with outstanding ledger amounts, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial records.
  • Analyze and resolve discrepancies related to receivables, including commercial agreements and vendor returns, in collaboration with vendors to secure timely payments.
  • Organize and lead resolution calls with vendors and internal teams to address and resolve financial issues.
  • Escalate complex cases to direct management or senior leadership as necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records, manage tasks, and set reminders using advanced case handling tools.
  • Perform thorough analyses and report on findings to support business decisions.
  • Identify and eliminate technical obstacles, drive continuous improvement projects with the backing of the Project Management Academy.
  • Proactively address the needs of both vendors and internal teams, suggesting innovative solutions to enhance overall experience.

Requirements

  • Experienced in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Skilled in collections and account reconciliations.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capable of working both independently and within a team.
  • Demonstrated skill in driving process improvements.
  • Quick learner, adaptable to changing environments.
  • Detail-oriented with robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Oracle and experience in small-scale project management
