Quality Engineer ve výrobě

Description

For our client, an international manufacturing company based in Žďár nad Sázovou, we are looking for the Quality Engineer.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Customer communication (requirements, details of order)
• Cooperating on new PPAP and VDA launches
• Providing quality documentation, updating and improving the current one
• Supervision of the production process
• Cooperation with the team to continuously improve the process (CI and Lean projects)
• Quality problems analysis
• Supervision the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
• Internal audits performing

Your profile:

• You have higher education (preferred technical fields)
• You know English at a level that allows free communication (B2)
• You have experience in a similar position in manufacturing (automotive industry welcome)
• You know the quality tools and problem-solving methods well (Lean, KAIZEN, 5why, Ishikawa, 5S, 8D Report and others)
• You have high analytical skills
• You know the quality management systems
• You can read the technical drawing

Our client is originally an American industrial company, working worldwide, with two plants in the Czech Republic, based in Vysočina region. Producing parts of the brake system, they supported premium automobile brands all over Europe.
