Description

Our client is a long time CZ firm with an IT development focus with overall of 350+ staff. It’s products are used worldwide. A core part of the team are made up of IT technical staff. You will be an integral member of staff – working with Managers & general staff to help the firm develop its business objectives.


Key tasks >>

  • Be an effective business partner to leaders on HR topics
  • Support Managers – staff development / performance
  • Be part of the recruitment process (hiring, onboarding)
  • Maintain / work with internal HR systems & processes
  • Development of current Managers / and groom future Managers in the firm
  • Organisation development
  • Compensation & Benefits / performance reward schemes development


Your profile >>

  • Min 4-5yrs of similar HR BP experience
  • Ideally experienced in IT / Technology types of firms
  • Good understand of HR topics (ie. recruitment, staff development)
  • Communicative at all levels
  • Be well organised
  • Focus on results / impacting an organisation
  • Czech/Slovak native + good English
