Description

For a Commercial Property Investor & Developer with CE focused Real Estate Fund, in existence for 20+ years based in Prague. Active in CZ / SK / PL & Ger.

This is a mid to senior-level appointment. We look for an "all-rounder" with a consistent track record with RE skills in Investments activity plus any experiences in asset management and/or letting topics are very welcome.

Key tasks >>

Project pipeline development / new acquisitions
Optimize value creation / portfolio performance
Collaborate with deal team (DD, legal, tax, banks)
Prepare term sheets / deal structuring / financing / tax
Investment structure arrangement
Land acquisitions, zoning, permits
Close co-op with Investment Committee
Co-op with asset managers / new tennants negotiations

Your profile >>

University education
Excellent Commercial RE credentials
Investments background is needed
Exp in Asset Management / Lettings is welcome
Can also have background in Banking / Agency / Fund
Excellent networking skills
Czech / Slovak native with fluent English
