Our client is seeking a dynamic Training Delivery Coordinator to lead the charge in delivering exceptional training experiences across the EMEA region. In this key position, you’ll work closely with a dedicated team, ensuring every training session runs smoothly and meets the highest standards. - Coordinate and oversee all aspects of training engagements to support the sales team, ensuring smooth execution.
- Manage class requests, paperwork, contracts, and handle operational issues with timely solutions.
- Prepare and optimize class schedules, ensuring high-quality training delivery.
- Analyze post-class evaluations to identify and address quality issues.
- Monitor and improve operational systems and processes related to training.
- Assist in documenting and updating localized processes and tools, supporting the EMEA team.
- Manage and host webinars for both private and public classes in the EMEA region.
- Oversee student enrollment and serve as the ITO signatory for public training sessions.
