By sending your CV you are expressing, as a data subject, your explicit consent to the processing and storage of your Personal Data in accordance with the Regulation No.2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council, on the Protection of Personal Data, by SYNERGIE, s.r.o., Company Reg. No. 45808139 and SYNERGIE TEMPORARY HELP s.r.o., Company Reg. No. 26711834, both at Na příkopě 854/14, Nové Město, 110 00 Praha 1 and by SYNERGIE Slovakia, s.r.o., Company Reg. No. 35766239 and SYNERGIE TEMPORARY HELP s.r.o., Company Reg. No. 48265403, both at Dunajská 4, 811 08 Bratislava as joint controllers in respect of the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to “SYNERGIE”).

To what extent will your Personal Data be processed?

SYNERGIE will process your Personal Data to the extent of the data necessary for job placement, especially the data enclosed by you as a candidate in your CV and the motivation letter, or in the candidate’s questionnaire (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data”).

For what purpose will your Personal Data be processed?

Your consent is given for a definite period of 3 years from the day your personal data are entered into the personnel database, or until you decide to withdraw your consent.

How and when can you withdraw this consent to processing of your Personal Data?

You may withdraw your consent to your Personal Data processing any time by a written notice of withdrawal of your consent, delivered to SYNERGIE (by e-mail or by completing the form on the website).

Who will have access to your Personal Data?

You are also expressing your consent to the fact that Synergie may transfer your Personal Data to potential employers, as processors, in order to fulfill the purpose of the processing: job placement. You further agree to provide Personal Data to potential employers, as intermediaries, from other EU member states and outside the EU.

What rights do you have in relation to your Personal Data protection?

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 13 to 22 of Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council on the Protection of Personal Data; i.e. you are entitled to:

  • ask the controller for information about the processing of his or her Personal Data and explanation of discrepancies regarding the Personal Data processing;
  • require adoption of corrective measures, in particular blocking, correcting, supplementing or liquidation of the Personal Data concerned;
  • to have any inaccurate Personal Data corrected;
  • to have any Personal Data deleted;
  • to limit the Personal Data processing;
  • for transferability of data to another controller, you can contact the Office for Personal Data Protection directly, where you can request remedy.

How are your Personal Data secured?

All Personal Data provided are secured by standard procedures and technologies such as security locks, passwords and codes, software gateways and protected accesses, vaults, and locked cabinets.
However, it is not objectively possible to fully guarantee the security of your Personal Data. Therefore, by your consent, you acknowledge that a third party can gain unauthorized access to your Personal Data and the Personal Data may be copied, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breaking the controllers’s security measures. In this context, however, the controller guarantees using such security measures so that any unauthorized access to the Personal Data provided is prevented, and the controller also checks whether the system is free of vulnerabilities and has not been subjected to an attack.
