We invite you to join one of the most successful Munich-based companies specializing in digitalization of customer-oriented processes. As the new Account Manager, you will have the chance to show off your B2B know-how and define their new client portfolio. If you have the background in sales/telesales of IT/CRM services, passion for technology, drive to foster innovation and nature of a hunter, then this challenge is for you.

Your location in Slovakia? Does not matter. Fully remote.

Your mission

  • Reach out to new customers through various channels (e.g., email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo IO, phone) to uncover potential business opportunities.
  • Generate opportunities independently, ensuring they meet both qualitative and quantitative KPIs.
  • Process marketing leads promptly and qualify potential customers to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain data in the CRM, ensuring data quality for assigned prospects, customers, and contacts (using HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Coordinate meetings between potential new customers/prospects and sales executives or the pre-sales team.
  • Report to the SDR Manager on the achievement of qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Engage in independent professional development and self-learning.

Požiadavky

Your profile

  • At least 1 year experience in sales of services and/or SaaS solutions inCRM, ideally in the Salesforce universe
  • Fluency in German and English (every-day communication with customers)
  • Experience in new customer acquisition, ideally in telesales / business development for CRM / marketing solutions
  • High level of communication skills, personal responsibility (internal and external) and persuasivenes
  • Excellent motivational skills to inspire the customers and internal team
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, sense of responsibility and team spiri
  • Qualified university degree, ideally in the field of (business) informatics, business administration or a comparable education is an advantage
