We are looking for a successful and experienced professional who will lead sales engineers and partner offices worldwide as well as assist on installations of the products in both a pre- and post-sales support role.

Your responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and leading sales engineers and partners worldwide to ensure they are well trained to sell the company´s portfolio
  • Identifying improvement opportunities within sales engineers worldwide
  • Systematically collecting best practices from sales engineers around the world
  • Creating content for trainings and battle cards through coordination of sales engineers
  • Supporting content creation for sales & sales engineers training tools needed for local sales or pre-sales teams
  • Providing and delivering product demonstrations or trainings to employees or resellers
  • Consulting with external customers to interpret customer requirements while providing product application assistance
  • Providing qualified feedback to product development regarding product changes based on customer requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in a sales engineering or professional services/consulting position
  • At least 10 years of experience in the cybersecurity field
  • Strong experience in team coordination/management role
  • Excellent English
  • Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Windows, Solaris, Linux, and Novell systems and advanced computer networking environments
  • Great business communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to close business while achieving a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Ability to train others
