Our client is a well-known international online company and a market leader growing their Retail team in Bratislava. The mission of the team is to lead vendors across all EU marketplaces to success by guiding them. We are looking for smart, result oriented candidates who will be supporting German speaking market. In this role, you will contribute to our client's mission to deliver timely, accurate and professional service to all vendors and ensure that high quality standards are guaranteed while maintaining high Service Levels on e-mail and phone.   • Direct interaction with the vendors
    * Work in a complex environment, using a variety of tools to perform the tasks
    * The role includes evaluating, proposing, and negotiating annual terms & conditions
    * You will work with vendors on extending their offer selection
    * Remove operational blockers and deliver best possible customer experience by improving process automation

Basic qualifications:

  • Language skills: Fluent English and German
  • Proven ability to lead negotiations with business partners
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with various stakeholders
  • Contributes to a positive team environment
  • Strives to continuously improve
  • Identify opportunities or improvement and drive automation
  • Confident in using Microsoft Package (especially Excel);
  • Experience in Project management / Program management
