We are looking for a smart, customer-oriented & communicative help desk specialist with the Slovak and English language to become a new part of the dynamic Support team which provides support and consulting to the company clients worldwide.

In this role you will help clients via live chat or other channels with:

  • Answering technical questions about the company´s product and solutions
  • Diagnosing and resolving various requests while ensuring their best user experience
  • Helping them how to create reports, segmentations, campaigns or analyses in their internal projects
  • Working hours are from 14PM to 22PM

  • Previous experience in similar role (helpdesk/online support/marketing)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS
  • Problem solving & Analytical thinking
  • Excellent level of English & Slovak language
  • Pro-customer orientation
  • Having an IT overview is a big advantage (algorithms, backend/frontend, etc...)
