Project Coordinator LATAM with Spanish (B2/C1) – international IT training provider company (100% home-office)

Our client, an international IT training provider is seeking a passionate, organized, and well-driven individual to join their European Team. The position supports and drives small business projects in the region. The ideal candidate will be based in Slovakia and will support business projects in the EMEA region from home (remote position).

Your main role would be to:

• Working hours within LATAM time zone: 15:00 - 11:00 or 12:00 - 20:00
• Accept the client's request regarding specific IT training
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule: outlining pricing, proposals, timelines, and other requirements
• Utilize the company’s tools and systems to locate and secure resources, adhering to the project’s guidelines and requirements
• Prepare data and documentation in collaboration with the Operations Team
• Track, monitor, and manage opportunities in the company's internal systems
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Maintain communication with clients and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle, while creating strong, long-lasting business relationships
• Prepare invoicing documents for the finance department
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

• working experience in co-ordinational/organizational role
• Excellent verbal and written Spanish and English skills
• Experience in Education, Training, IT/computer science is a plus
• Working knowledge of CRM is beneficial
