Popis

Our client is looking for a Quality Account Manager located in Bratislava (SVK). You will be a part of a team that is responsible for providing the best possible customer experience while shopping for products in Fashion categories. You will strive to improve the Seller and Customer experience by supporting the international Seller business on the European websites of our client and bringing improvements to the existing product Catalogue.

As a Fashion Quality Account Manager, you will work with external EU Sellers to improve the quality of their product pages on our client´s websites. You will identify the causes of poor listing quality and educate Sellers on the advantages of high-quality listings. You will advise Sellers on the technical aspects of listing improvement and report progress to internal stakeholders. The Fashion Quality Account Manager will also liaise with internal technical, business and marketing teams worldwide and contribute to platform changes and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Regularly check the Seller accounts listing quality
    * Identify root causes of listing related issues and drive resolution
    * Communicate with Sellers about listing quality
    * Create step-by-step listing guides for Sellers and deliver training
    * Meet and exceed SLA defined per project and ensure high quality delivery
    * Liaise with internal and external departments to define requirements for improvements
    * Create regular reports ensuring high accuracy

Požiadavky

  • Fluent in English and French
  • Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) on advanced level
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees
  • Experience in creating and delivering e-training and coaching sessions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Bachelor /Under-graduate degree

Preferred qualifications:

  • Fluent in Italian, or Spanish
  • Basic understanding of Project Management
  • Knowledge of SQL basic, and/or web-oriented languages (Python, Html, Javascript,…) is a big plus
  • Basic understanding of eCommerce and B2B Communication (XML and Webservices)
  • Experience in creating and delivering e-training and coaching sessions to large audience
