Our Retail Account Management (RAM) team is looking for proactive and innovative individuals to drive mutual success for our vendors across all EU marketplaces. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop new skills, grow your career, and significantly enhance client experiences within an international and multilingual team.

  • Propose annual terms and negotiate costs, aligning on new services to build joint business plans with our vendors. Optimize vendor product portfolios for enhanced visibility and sales.
  • Collaborate with vendors to boost operational excellence and streamline their supply chains.
  • Utilize a variety of internal business tools to identify the right business opportunities, maintaining a commitment to excellent customer experience.
  • Handle business and legal issues with innovative problem-solving to ensure sustainable solutions.
  • Conduct detailed analyses to uncover opportunities for innovation and process automation, improving the selling partner experience.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to lead business-driven projects, including process creation, reporting, training, and peer support.
