Are you a young Sales/Account management professional or a Fresh graduate motivated to work in Sales and seeking a stable and successful company to develop your future career in?
Then we have a great opportunity for you – come and work for the company Ultrapolymers (part of the international Ravago group), who offers a fantastic Sales Trainee program in duration of 9 months for the greatest talents in Ukraine. It is followed by a full-time job and further career growth within the company.

You will be part of an on-the-job training program taking place directly in the departments of the company (Kyjev, Ukraine) and with specific working goals to be achieved at the end of the program.

After passing the program, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Market exploration: identifying and developing new customer leads
  • Sales development: planning & management with regard to achieving pre-set targets and objectives
  • Account management: working on existing portfolio of clients and developing relationships with them
  • Development of new business projects: identifying needs, clients and solutions for them
  • Customer Relationship management: maintaing strong relationships with customers and constant networking activity
  • Cross-team collaboration with other company departments, such as: Business management, Technical service, Supply chain, Customer service, Financial services)

Požiadavky

We expect you to possess:

  • Business degree OR experience in B2B Sales/Account management
  • English on a communicative level
  • Willingness to learn, ask questions and understand customer needs and company products
  • Sales talent, customer focus and relationship building skills
  • Passion for technical field (Chemistry)
  • Great presentation and communication skills
  • Result-orientation and pro-active thinking
  • Willingness to travel within the country (ocassionaly abroad)
  • Valid Driver license
