We are looking for a Solution Specialist who would support the SimCorp app dedicated to asset management on the 2nd level.
In this role you will cover mainly:
- 2nd level support to applications - mainly one dedicated for asset management
- analyzing and solving bugs,
- communication with the customer and service desk colleagues
- delivering standard service /operation requests
- monitoring and preventive care

- Strong application support experience, incident/problem/change
- Strong written and oral command of English + at least passive German is mandatory
- Good technical ability within Windows/Linux/Unix environments ideally including scripting/automation with one of python/shell/Perl etc.
- Good appreciation of Databases, eg SQL Server/Oracle and associated queries
- Knowledge of fond management applications (SimCorp) is an asset
- Good development and operation Knowledge of UC4 (Automic) is also plus
- Well structured, well organized, result-driven, are used to work with ticket-based workflow tools (Atlassian, BMC)
- Client MS Windows, server Windows server 2012, Citrix - XenApp 6.5, XenDesktop 7.5, Oracle DB, .NET framework, Hyper V virtualization and VMWare
- Experience with an Agile environment is an advantage
