Popis

Our client is looking for a Tactical buyer. Do you speak Hungarian and English? Are you able to handle complex tenders? If your answer is yes, our client is looking for you, don´t miss out on this opportunity and apply today.

Your duties will be:
• Process Purchase to Pay (PTP) of companies belonging to the Group
• Provide services in the procurement area
• Monitor all procurement related processes
• Perform administrative tasks of global procurement (approval of purchase requests, orders, etc.)
• Perform supplier pre-selection
• Perform negotiations with potential suppliers
• Perform final supplier selection (within defined procurement strategies)
• Close contracts (except of frame contracts) within defined clip level
• Manage complex tenders and quote requests
• Communicate with internal customers and other parties
• Provide analysis of findings in order to suggest and implement corrective measures
• Work with internal IT systems and applications
• Ensure compliance of workflow and processes with established corporate policies
• Has knowledge about the market, products, and suppliers in the respective material category
• Provide tactics for managing the budget in given category
