Our client is looking for an experienced Teamleader to lead the Process Management Team. Do you speak German and English? Are you able to handle complex management? If your answer is yes, our client is looking for you, don´t miss out on this opportunity and apply today.

  • Lead and manage the process management team
    * Support the team spirit and continuous development of knowledge and skills of the team members
    * Cooperate on projects: identify process optimization, opportunities and tasks in relevant fields and drive their implementation
    * Create clear structure and divide responsibilities and ensures efficient communication within the team
    * Deliver services/solutions to clients in agreed quality and quantity according to agreed contracts and internal KPI
    * Monitor and review KPIs with customer
    * Participate in escalation management
    * Set up regular communication channels internally and externally
    * Contribute to financial transparency of the organization
    * Support other projects e.g transitions
    * Participate on ICS controls if needed * Any other tasks assigned by the functional superior
    * Participate in the hiring process of new team members

Požiadavky

  • University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Economy/Accounting or similar
  • Several years of experience in business service centers
  • Language knowledge: English (fluent) and German (fluent)
  • MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) advanced
  • Experience in leading is beneficial
  • Experience with SAP (especially Modules SD/FI) is beneficial
