One of the important indicators that we monitor at SYNERGIE is the length of the recruitment process. The selection procedure in SYNERGIE begins with the official agreement of cooperation with the client and then continues with important milestones on our side: interviews with candidates and presentation of candidates.
Then with the company/client continues with the following steps: the first, second, third, and next rounds of interviews, job offer, acceptance of the job offer, candidate onboarding and is completed by the end of the warranty period of the placed candidate.
We use the indicator of the average length of the recruitment process in SYNERGIE for the purposes of internal project planning and especially for the purposes of our clients in setting up hiring plans.
