Capital-Fundraising Manager

Description

Our client is an established investment fund with focus in commercial real estate across CZ/CE and developing opportunities in PL & Ger.

We are looking for a progressive person with commercial focus who has general knowledge of fundraising from qualified investors and have ambition to build regional EU/CEE and national fundraising capacity across the region by providing strategic drive and guidance.

You will drive equity raising growth development, increase in number of committed investors in the region and continue to diversify fund raising streams.

Key tasks >>

• Development of new open-ended fund within the firm
• Define client segment / product proposition
• Targetting qualified investors / develop strategy to source funds from this segment
• Active marketing & promotion of new real estate fund
• Monitor fundraising activities vs strategic plan
• Manage & communicate fundraising activities across the region

Your profile >>

• Experience with fundriasing (ie. banking, fund-asset mgmt, capital raising)
• Experience with private investors clients
• Any experience with Institutional client is welcome (but not essential)
• Good overview of capital raising - to support acquisitions
• Business development approach / results focused
• Excellent communication
• Overview of investments (in real estate is welcome)
• Czech/Slovak native + English
