Sales & Inventory Data Analyst

What Will You Be Doing?

This is not a typical analyst role. You will own the entire data analytics and reporting process from the ground up — from building a data warehouse with suppliers, to defining KPIs with leadership, to collaborating with external BI/ERP providers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data & Sales Analysis
  • Build, manage, and analyze datasets related to sales performance, product trends, and regional metrics.

  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly reporting frameworks in close cooperation with management.

  • Evaluate marketing and promotion effectiveness using data insights.

2. Inventory Analytics & Forecasting
  • Analyze stock levels and predict future inventory needs based on historical data and growth plans.

  • Design models for optimal stock management to avoid overstocking or shortages.

  • Work closely with the purchasing department to align inventory with sales data.

3. System Development & Data Architecture
  • Play a key role in the creation of our new data warehouse in collaboration with suppliers and external providers.

  • Use and help develop SQL-based workflows for preparing and processing data.

  • Act as a liaison between the internal teams and selected external BI/ERP vendor — ability to speak their language is crucial.

4. Strategic Forecasting & Planning
  • Provide forecasts that take into account seasonality, economic conditions, and business targets.

  • Contribute to the development of strategic sales and inventory plans aligned with our goal of doubling business volume.

5. Process Improvement & Innovation
  • Identify improvement opportunities in reporting, stock management, and pricing models.

6. Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, logistics, and finance to create alignment.

  • Present clear, actionable insights to support top management decisions.


Who We’re Looking For:

  • Strong analytical background with hands-on experience in data preparation and manipulation.

  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced), and ideally experience with ERP/BI tools (e.g. Helios, Power BI, Tableau).

  • Someone technical who can work independently and enjoy the challenge of building systems from scratch.

  • Experience in reporting and metric definition, ideally in cooperation with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • A self-starter who thrives on autonomy, creativity, and responsibility.

  • Strong communicator — able to translate technical data into business language.

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).

  • Previous experience with Helios or ERP systems is a plus.
