A new opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Finance Analyst to join their dedicated Financial Operations team. This pivotal role offers the chance to handle complex payment inquiries and collaborate closely with diverse internal stakeholders, paving the way for significant career progression and exposure to new opportunities.

  • Utilize your multilingual abilities to improve customer interactions and educational efforts with various stakeholders.
  • Accurately reconcile invoices and statements from vendors with existing ledger records.
  • Address and resolve discrepancies related to receivables, working collaboratively with vendors to ensure prompt payment.
  • Facilitate and lead resolution discussions with both vendors and internal teams.
  • Escalate challenging issues to the appropriate managerial or leadership levels when necessary.
  • Maintain comprehensive notes, manage tasks efficiently, and utilize sophisticated case management tools.
  • Perform detailed analysis and compile reports that influence decision-making.
  • Identify and eliminate technical obstacles, champion process enhancements, and spearhead projects with support from the Project Management Academy.
  • Actively seek and implement solutions that cater to the needs of both vendors and internal departments, advising leadership on trends and innovative improvement strategies.

Requirements

  • Experienced in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a background in collections and account reconciliations.
  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements.
  • Quick to learn and adapt to changing environments, with a detail-oriented approach and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
