What You'll Do:
- Support the General Manager with a variety of tasks, including preparing presentations, managing the calendar, and offering key administrative assistance
- Oversee internal communication: contribute to the internal newsletter, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Organize engaging meetings, team activities, and other internal events to foster a positive work environment
- Greet visitors with a smile and ensure they have everything they need
- Manage the budget for internal events and ensure everything runs smoothly

- You're highly organized, flexible, and have a strong sense of communication—always keeping things on track
- Your reliable nature, punctuality, and calm under pressure are key to success in this role
- Fluency both in Czech and English (B2-C1)
- A solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- A university degree is an advantage, but your personality and drive matter most
