• Own the full delivery cycle—from pre‑sales, cost estimates and team setup through risk control and client escalation.
• Grow client partnerships: spot upsell opportunities, protect scope and margins, and keep everyone smiling.
• Build the roadmap: delivery, quality and comms plans for multi‑disciplinary teams (20–30 people).
• Champion Agile: drive Scrum rituals and continuous improvement across projects.

Požiadavky

• Engineering, IT or Project‑management degree.
• 5+ years running software projects in Agile environments.
• Hands‑on grasp of the SDLC; coding background is a plus.
• Comfortable with IT services / outsourcing models.
• Fluent English plus conversational Czech or Slovak.
• Sharp stakeholder skills, team spirit and a bias for action.
