Country Service Lead (Automotive & Industry) – Decision Maker

We are seeking a strong technical leader with sales experience to take full ownership of our operations in the Czech Republic. This high-impact role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to become the face of our client´s business in the region.

You’ll lead a team of over 100 employees, including 3 Project Managers, and play a critical role in strategic planning, client negotiations, and project execution. You’ll have the freedom to make country-level decisions and influence both local performance and international collaboration.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Take full responsibility for all operations in the Czech Republic
• Represent the company in client meetings and negotiations
• Guide and motivate project teams across multiple locations (Prague, Mladá Boleslav, Plzeň)
• Define and implement local strategy, budgets, and risk plans
• Actively contribute to sales and business development
• Align with regional management and ensure clear communication across teams

What You Bring:

• Technical background, ideally in automotive, internal quality or service provision
• Experience in project leadership, sales, and operational decision-making
• Fluent Czech and English, confident communicator with customers and teams
• Previous experience as a Senior Project Manager/ Technical Director or similar leadership role
• Willingness to travel frequently across the Czech Republic
