Your Responsibilities

• Handling orders from quotation to delivery
• Providing customer support via phone, e-mail and chat
• Taking care of existing customers and contacting new customers
• Contacting new customers and supporting business growth
• Supporting sales and marketing activities using prepared tools
• Updating CRM
• Representing the company at trade fairs and events

Your Profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or office administration
• English at B2 level (spoken and written)
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with basic sales skills or interest in sales
• Good organisational and planning skills
• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
• Independent, responsible, and proactive approach to work
• Good computer skills, especially MS Office
