We are looking for a Performance Marketing Strategist with at least 2 years of B2B experience to drive digital growth, generate leads, and optimize online performance.You will work closely with international teams (UK, Germany, US) and contribute to shaping the digital strategy across paid media, SEO, and content.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
• Own performance marketing strategy and budget, optimizing for leads and conversions
• Monitor performance, run A/B tests, and report insights (e.g., via Looker Studio)
• Support landing page creation and website updates
• Execute SEO strategies (keyword research, on/off-page optimization, link building)
• Analyze website performance using Google Analytics & Search Console
• Create content (blogs, email campaigns) and ensure consistent branding

Požiadavky

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in PPC and SEO
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, WordPress, Brevo
• Basic design skills (Figma, Canva, or similar)
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience with additional ad platforms (e.g., Reddit Ads)
• Strong writing and project management skills
• German or Spanish is a plus
