Have you already faced a busy international environment of a customer care department and successfully resolved a few queries yourself? Then you are lucky. Prepare your fluent German and English.Our client, an American giant whose name rings the bell all over the globe is in search of an initiative, detail - oriented Accounts Receivables Analyst to support the company´s continued EU expansion within cloud infrastructure services (AWS). In cooperation with the local sales and finance management, you will oversee resolving billing issues, reconciling accounts, and driving monthly collection targets.

You will:

  • Earn customers´trust, build long-lasting relatinship
  • Follow-up with customers in Your portfolio via emails and phone calls to ensure timely collection of payments
  • Research, analyze and resolve the Customer’s inquiries and payment blockers
  • Reconcile AR balances, manage and resolve every financial discrepancies
  • Participate in cross functional and process improvement projects
  • Create and implement standard operating procedures and process workflows. Analyze, recommend and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with the Global Finance Operations team, stakeholders and internal business partners worlwide
  • Timely report via weekly metrics and provide status updates on customers’ accounts and projects
  • Continually look for ways to improve the customer experience

Požiadavky

What you bring to the table:

  • Fluent German & English and additional European language (advantage)
  • Previous Account Receivables, Account Payable, Customer Care, or other customer facing work experience and extensive knowledge of Finance and Accounting
  • Direct and concise communication skillls and strong record of managing customers’ disputes
  • Ability to take the initiative, meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload

You are:

  • Proficient in Excel and SQL and Business Intelligence tools
  • Graduate of Finance, Accounting, Business Studies or other directly related areas
  • Focused while performing repetitive tasks for extended period
