We are looking for an experienced Java engineer with team-lead experience. You will lead a small development team, contribute to architectural design, and develop new features for a stable fintech product.

You can expect:

• Lead the team through design, implementation, testing, and deployment
• Own code quality, code reviews, and release processes
• Develop in Java, Spring, T-SQL
• Contribute to architecture and optimize existing solutions
• Collaborate with Product on planning and prioritization
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to developers

Požiadavky

Our client requires:

• 5+ years of experience with Java / Spring
• Proven team-lead or tech-lead experience
• Advanced SQL and experience with REST APIs
• Strong understanding of Git and branching strategies
• English at C1 level
• Ability to work onsite in Prague on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
• Nice to have: React/Vue, Spring Cloud, Docker, messaging systems
