We are looking for a hands-on technical expert who enjoys solving complex problems, working with cutting-edge technology, and supporting partners in the field.

About the Role

This is not a typical support role.

You will act as the go-to technical expert for partners and installers across the Czech Republic, helping them solve real-world challenges in photovoltaic systems.

From troubleshooting and diagnostics to on-site support and training, you’ll play a key role in delivering top-level technical excellence and customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Provide technical support to partners and installers (remote & on-site)
• Diagnose and resolve issues in PV systems
• Support commissioning, configuration, and system setup
• Deliver technical trainings and guidance
• Collaborate with international technical, sales, and product teams
• Escalate complex cases and contribute to product improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Technical Support / Field Service / PV systems
• Hands-on experience with electrical or photovoltaic installations
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and technical thinking
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and documentation (Electrical qualification (e.g. in accordance with NV 194/2022 Coll.) is required)
• Fluent Czech and English
• Driving license (B) and willingness to travel
• Experience with CRM tools (Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus
