Paint Programme Engineer – based in Nitra

For one of the world's top car manufacturers we are looking for a Paint Programme Engineer who will be located in Nitra, Slovakia.

Your responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of feasible, cost effective manufacturing solutions
• End to end ownership of all inputs and outputs into the production facility, including launch activities, current car activities (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People and Environment) and process creation during new model timing
• Process creation/updating & Feasibility assurance, including safety & ergonomics and design for manufacturing
• Facility installation & commissioning progress and delivery and control of tools, jigs and fixtures for both new models and current car
• Adherence to build plans for Launch events
• Flawless launch through robust planning, station readiness, training of the production
• Achieving and surpassing quality metrics (Divert Free Vehicules, First Time Through, Customer Focus Audit) through launch and steady state
• Introduction of efficient processes, considering BMV, HPC, HPU, OPR impact and headcount impact
• Creation and update of PFMEA (Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), Control & Reaction Plans, GSPAS (Global Study Process Allocation System), Visual Management, process confirmation
• Product Audits
• Product & Facility Concerns tracking & resolution using problem solving methods
• MQOS & IATF audit readiness, preparation and reaction
• Liaison with suppliers and key stakeholders

Požiadavky

Your profile:

• Relevant previous experience of Manufacturing / Engineering processes, tools and techniques including consistent delivery of productivity targets in Manufacturing
• Experience of paint process and robotics application
• Proven project management experience in installation/commissioning programmes
• Knowledge of the Slovak language - both spoken and written
• Experience of certification processes
• Experience of a Launch environment
• Experience of Vendor/Supplier management
